    Do I need a computer?

    No. You can take online classes through any device that connects to WIFI. This include computers, laptops, Chromebooks, iPads, tablets, and smartphones.

    Do I have to be on camera?

    Absolutely not. Students can decide to be on camera, or not. As long as we can hear your voice, you can still participate in the classes. 

  • 03/

    What about safety?

    All of our instructors are background checked, and every class is recorded for safety purposes. Parents can request access to class recordings for up to 30 days following a lesson. Any safety issues should be immediately resported to us via telephone or e-mail, and will be handled accordingly. 

  • 04/

    What if I change my mind?

    We require 72 hours notice of cancellation (before a course begins) for a full refund.  Courses in progress are not eligible for a refund. But you may request a transfer to a different schedule, or receive a credit towards a future course. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us personally and we are happy to work with you.

    Can I pay with  educational stipends?

    Yes! We accept charter school funds, eVouchers, and P.O.s from our educational and community partners. Contact us to find out if your school is one of them. If we currently do not have a contract with them, we are happy to go through the application process to become an approved vendor for your school.
